What is your return policy?

We accept returns/exchanges for physical products within 10 days from after the reception of your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the exchange and / or return.

For Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

For Jewelry, Crystals, and Home Decor: Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase for store credit (minus shipping costs). You have 10 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange.

What if my return is past the 10 days?

Any returns postmarked more than 10 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will be automatically shipped back to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse. 

Does my store credit from my return expire?

Yes, any store credit issued for a return has an expiration date of 1 year from issue date. 

What if my order is damaged?

If for any reason your order is damaged upon arrival, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please contact us immediately with proof of damage if this happens. We apologize in advance if this does. 

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way. 

How do I return my order?

You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Must be returned with original packaging (drawstring bag) as well as any promotional gifts with its original packaging. All shipping paid is non-refundable. Please choose the shipping carrier of your choice and follow instruction listed below for return shipment.

All duties, taxes and shipping paid is non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Before closing the return package, please include a piece of paper with your order number and your name inside the parcel so we can identify it. Please keep in mind that if the item you wanted to exchange is no longer in stock, we will give you a refund or store credit instead. 

How to send back from within the U.S.:

  1. Add all unwanted item(s) to box.
  2. Stick the pre-paid shipping label on box OR your preferred shipping label.
  3. Fill out return form (the more specific you are on the reason for return the better! We take your comments into account and it helps us improve).
  4. Include a packing list so we can ensure fastest processing time possible.
  5. Take your return to the closest USPS/FedEx location or schedule a pickup.

*Please note: we recommend writing down your return tracking number so you can track the status of the return yourself. 

 How to send back from outside of the U.S.?:

  1. Add all unwanted item(s) to box.
  2. Stick the shipping label on box.
  3. Fill out return form (the more specific you are on the reason for return the better! We take your comments into account and it helps us improve).
  4. Include a packing list so we can ensure fastest processing time possible.
  5. Send us the return package using the carrier of your choice. Please declare it as “9801 US GOODS RETURNING” on your commercial invoice.
