Updated 369 Manifesting with Body, Mind & Soul
You've probably heard about the 369 Manifesting Method. You write down your manifestations 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times at night. This method is based on Nikola Teslas theory and research of the numbers 3, 6, 9 and their significance in energy and frequency in the universe.
So this is an elevated way to add some energetic power to your creations with visualization.
3 x Body (Physical Environment and Actions):
FIrst thing in the morning, write down your manifestation 3 times. Write it in past or present tense. You don't want to write it in future tense because then you are manifesting for it always being in the future or ahead of you. After you've written them down 3 times, you are going to spend time visualizing for 3 minutes. During this visualization, you are going to focus on the physical sensations of this manifestation being true.

Where are you physically?
- Visualize your surroundings. Are you in a specific location like your home, a workplace, or on vacation?
- What does your environment look like? Colors, textures, temperature, and sounds?

What are you doing?
- What physical actions are you taking? Are you actively engaging in a task, walking, exercising, creating, or relaxing?
- Who is around you, if anyone? How are you interacting with others physically? Are you hugging, shaking hands, working together, or alone?

How does your body feel?
- Focus on sensations in your body. Do you feel energized, calm, healthy, strong, or flexible?
- What clothes are you wearing, how does your skin feel, what’s your posture like?
- Is there any physical shift that has occurred (like weight loss, more muscle, better health, or more energy)?

What are your surroundings contributing to your goal?
- How is your physical environment supporting your manifestation? Is it helping you thrive, feel inspired, or achieve your goal?
6 x Mind (Thoughts, Emotions, and Communication):
- Then during the day, maybe around lunchtime, you're going to write down the manifestation again but this time 6 times. After you've written them down, you are going to visualize for the Mind for 6 minutes. Think about the mental aspects of this manifestation being true.

What thoughts are going through your mind?
- Are you feeling confident, calm, empowered, or successful?
- What positive thoughts are circulating about your achievement or progress? "I did it," "I feel aligned," or "Everything is working out."

What are you saying or hearing from others?
- Visualize conversations. What are you telling others about your success? What are they saying to you?
- How are you expressing gratitude or excitement? How are others acknowledging or supporting your achievement?

What are your emotions in this moment?
- Dive into the feelings of success. Are you experiencing joy, fulfillment, relief, excitement, or pride?
- What is the dominant feeling behind this manifestation? Security, freedom, adventure, or peace?

How is your mental state aligned with your goal?
- Are you mentally focused, at peace, inspired, or creative?
- What mental breakthroughs have occurred that allowed you to manifest this outcome? Have you overcome doubts or limiting beliefs?
9x Soul (Spiritual Growth and Higher Purpose)
Then lastly, before going to sleep at night, you are going to write down the manifestation 9 times. You are going to visualize the manifestation for 9 minutes focusing on the bigger picture, soul aspects of this reality. Take a step back from the immediate rewards of the achievement of this goal, how is your soul evolving from this?

What spiritual growth or lesson is this manifestation bringing you?
- Reflect on the larger purpose behind your goal. What is this teaching you about your path, resilience, or values?
- How is your soul evolving through this experience? Are you becoming more aligned, intuitive, or wise?

What impact does this manifestation have on your life’s purpose?
- How does achieving this goal contribute to the bigger picture of your life’s mission or calling?
- Is this helping you serve others, contribute to the world, or bring more love, kindness, or healing?

What new experiences or opportunities are now available to you?
- How is your soul expanding through this? What new doors are opening for you that weren't available before?
- How are you able to live more authentically, with greater freedom or purpose?

How does this manifestation align with your soul’s desires?
- Reflect on how this outcome satisfies a deeper yearning or brings fulfillment at a soul level.
- What are you now able to do or feel that aligns with your highest self? Does it bring a sense of peace, purpose, or universal connection?

What are you contributing to the world as a result of this manifestation?
- In what ways are you now sharing your gifts, talents, or insights with others?
- How are you making a positive impact on the collective or fulfilling a larger destiny?
The reason you want to do this when you first wake up and right before falling asleep is because of the brain waves our mind is emitting during this time. When our brain is just falling asleep and just waking up from sleep, it's in a certain brain wave pattern that is considered to be the "bridge" from the conscious to the subconscious. We manifest from our subconscious mind, which is where all of our beliefe systems reside. Our conscious mind is simply focused on whatever it's focused on, but the subconscious holds our mental patterns, beliefs, and foundation. This is where our reality is created from, our belief systems. So when we focus on any time of manifestation or visualization right before going to sleep and just after waking up, you're able to access the subconscious mind much more easily, letting the affirmations get in.
You can start doing this daily or weekly. The more often the better, as the repetition aspect is essential for this method. Happy Manifesting!
